About Osmina

It is said that when one door closes, another opens.
At OSMINA, we turned this opportunity into growth.

In August 2023, the long-established company EKS Keller had to close its doors after decades of successful work, leaving a significant gap. For us, this marked the beginning of a new era. Through an asset deal, we not only acquired EKS Keller’s extensive expertise but also provided key employees with new opportunities.

Together, we embraced this challenge and are nowshaping a new success story—with fresh ideas, a modern approach, and renewed momentum.

Today, we are proud that our history and our knowledge extend well beyond OSMINA’s founding.

With a young entrepreneurial spirit and over 100 years of combined experience in the industry, we are building onthe successful times of EKS Keller. Our aim is not only to continue this tradition, but to consistently develop it further and offer our customers a new, modern understanding of customer relationship.

To keep this promise, our team works with full commitment and passion every day.

We are OSMINA—Next Generation Welding.

Our products are used in a wide range of industries. Where reliable welded connections are required, you can count on OSMINA components.
